Meet Our Trainers
Raelene Barrett is the Owner and Head Trainer and has been a Personal Trainer for 9 years. Her love of training outdoors and a passion for health and fitness saw her become a qualified Personal Trainer after being in the Corporate Tax world for 20 years! She knows what it is like to start up exercise again after being dormant for a few years while studying and working in a high-pressured job!
Since she started up training again she has done close to 10 half marathons, 1 full marathon, a couple of 10k runs, close to 10 City2Surfs, 70km cycle ride from Blayney to Bathurst and is in the process of training for the UTA50 (a 50km ultra trail run in the Blue Mountains).
Raelene enjoys seeing her Members reach their goals and in most cases exceed their expectations of what they thought they were capable of achieving.

Qualifications
- Cert III in Fitness and Cert IV in Fitness
- Pre and post natal qualifications
- First Aid and CPR
- Working With Children check
- Fitness Australia Membership
