All of our programs are suitable for EVERYONE!

Training in the fresh air will allow you to get back to nature. We spend so much time indoors in artificial air that it is even more important to train in the great outdoors and just breathe in that fresh air.

Our Group Outdoor Personal Training sessions are held at The Plaza Park, Pebble Crescent, The Ponds.
